No right of withdrawal for individually made products

As all physical products are individually made to order, there is generally no right of withdrawal.

Cancellation, returns, or refunds are excluded once an order has been placed.

 

Digital products (vouchers)

For digital products (e.g. vouchers) delivered via email, any applicable right of withdrawal expires once the product has been provided.

 

Delays

In the event of significant delays beyond the stated production timeframes, we will inform you accordingly. In such cases, we will review possible solutions on an individual basis.

Exceptions

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at:
