Shipping policy

1. Production

All products are individually made to order. Production begins after payment has been received.

Production time is generally approximately 3–5 weeks for smaller products and 6–8 weeks for larger products.

2. Shipping regions

We currently ship within Switzerland and to the European Union (EU).

Please note that depending on the destination country, additional charges such as customs duties or import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination.

4. Customs and import duties

For deliveries to the European Union, additional import charges (in particular VAT and, where applicable, customs duties) may apply.

These costs are to be borne by the customer and are not covered by Valentino Scussel Design.

5. Delivery times

Total delivery time consists of production time and shipping time.

Shipping takes place after production has been completed. Production time is generally approximately 3–5 weeks for smaller products and 6–8 weeks for larger products. Shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping method.

All stated timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

In individual cases, longer delivery times may occur, particularly due to high demand, material availability, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Digital products

Digital vouchers are delivered via email and are generally available immediately after payment.

7. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping providers, or force majeure.
