1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Valentino Scussel Design.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer. Cancellation of the order is only possible within the period specified in the cancellation policy and only before production has begun.

4. Prices and currency

All prices are set in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Other currencies are automatically converted via Shopify and are provided for guidance purposes only.

We are not subject to VAT. No VAT is charged or shown.

 

5. Payment terms

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

 

6. Production and delivery

All physical products are individually made to order. Production begins once payment has been received.

Production time is generally approximately 3–5 weeks for smaller products and 6–8 weeks for larger products.

Shipping takes place after production has been completed. Total delivery time consists of production time and shipping time.

All stated timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur, particularly due to high demand, material availability, or shipping carriers.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these production and delivery conditions.

7. Digital products (vouchers)

Digital vouchers are delivered by email after payment has been received.

No physical shipment takes place.

 

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

 

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

 

10. Data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

11. Applicable law

Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

 

12. Final provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
